High-purity Polycrystalline Silicon

Overview

Polycrystalline silicon is the principal raw material for silicon wafers, which are used as the base material for fabricating semiconductor devices.
Our high-purity polycrystalline silicon, which is the base material used in the silicon wafers for semiconductor devices, boasts the world's highest purity at 99.999999999% (11N).
Our manufacturing process, a closed system, many years of technical cultivation and strict quality management have enabled us to provide a stable supply of high-quality base material which is used for semiconductors devices.
Although polycrystalline silicon is not visible in people's daily lives, polycrystalline silicon will support the cutting-edge semiconductors industry as the base material of silicon wafers for semiconductor which will continue to improve in quality.

High-purity Chlorosilanes

Overview

An essential material for semiconductors and online infrastructure.
Our chlorosilanes are produced through the production process of high-purity polycrystalline silicon with a purity of 99.999999999%.
Trichlorosilane is produced as the base material for high-purity polycrystalline silicon and has the quality level necessary for semiconductors.  Silicon tetrachloride and dichlorosilane generated in polycrystalline silicon manufacturing reactors are condensed and separated. Besides, they are improved their quality through distillation process. We meet our customers' needs based on thorough quality management.
