Our company has supplied the world with high-purity polycrystalline silicon and high-purity chlorosilanes as base materials for semiconductor silicon wafers from Yokkaichi City and Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture for half a century including the period of the predecessor of Yokkaichi Plant of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, and Alabama in the United States for over 25 years. Our company has truly advanced hand in hand with the history of the semiconductor industry.
Our products are mainly used as raw materials for semiconductor silicon wafers, and thus are eventually embedded in almost all electronic products, telecommunications devices such as computers and smartphones, automobiles and so on.
